LISA IS A BAY AREA NATIVE AND A LIFELONG STUDIO GHIBLI FAN

LISA TSUBOUCHI

FOUNDER + CREATIVE DIRECTOR

Hello! My name is Lisa, and I’m the cat-obsessed linguaphile designing meaningful experiences that center around community and connection.

My professional background in education and hospitality, paired with my personal background in mental health awareness, coaching and self-care, have brought me to this point in my career as a leader. I’ve built a team because I believe so strongly in the importance of community and supporting one another. None of us are meant to do this alone.

I have always loved connecting people - whether through industry gatherings, client hangs or affinity spaces for mixed kids, connection is my superpower. I want our couples to feel guided, supported and empowered through the planning process. I want them to feel seen, understood and that they belong. Because they do.

When I’m not working (also usually while I am), you can find me listening to some “Autumn Jazz” playlist, sipping coffee (black!), trying to decide what book to read next, and gazing out the window pondering life and death and everything in between.

PS - Ask me about my cat :)
