We hired them for both planning and design for our two-day wedding with 230+ guests both days. We had multiple venues, guest shuttles, tons of vendors, and a LOT of moving pieces, and somehow they made the entire weekend feel effortless.
Frances, our lead planner, was incredible. She routinely stayed on planning calls beyond the scheduled hour to make sure every detail was worked through. She was also incredibly receptive to feedback. When I asked if someone from her team could specifically manage our guest shuttles, she immediately made it happen. When I mentioned that it would be more fun if the reception bar opened as soon as guests arrived from the ceremony venue, she adjusted the timeline right away.
I am extremely Type A and this wedding was incredibly important to me. My biggest goal was to spend the weekend actually enjoying myself rather than thinking about logistics, and I can genuinely say I did not think about logistics once.
