COORDINATION
This package is for the couple that is super organized and has the time and confidence to take care of the majority of the planning. You have all your vendors in place, and you've mapped out all the details - now you just need a seasoned professional to execute the plan! We’ll jump in 8 weeks before the event to begin the "passing of the baton" in order to coordinate a seamless and joyous event.
EVENT PREPARATION

Access to our Digital Planning Portal - a comprehensive planning tool with a to-do list, vendor recommendations, and more
Meetings with you and communication with other vendors beginning 6 weeks before the wedding

On-site coordination and supervision at the ceremony site and during the reception

PARTIAL PLANNING
You’ve got your venue and maybe a couple other vendors lined up, but you need more support than Month-Of Coordination. Partial Planning is a great fit for couples who are in need of something between Month-of and Full Planning.

FULL PLANNING
THIS PACKAGE HAS GOT IT ALL.
Everything from helping you decide on your venue to determining a budget, booking all vendors, handling logistics and design, down to the last little detail on the day of the event. Your Lead Planner will be your guide and support through the entire planning process. This is the package to choose if you want the least amount of stress leading up to your big day.
